About

I like taking things apart.

I’m a product management professional in fraud prevention and risk mitigation. I rely on data to define fraud strategy, create roadmaps, assess controls, and optimize policies. My background is technical with degrees from MIT in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I started as a developer and transitioned into product management, working at financial institutions such as Bank of the West and BMO. In these roles, I successfully launched machine learning fraud prediction models, collaborated with data scientists to enhance fraud detection, and led initiatives that significantly improved operational performance and decreased fraud losses. Currently at BMO, I drive global authentication strategy and mentor teams.

In the past, I’ve worked at Intel Corporation, and also as a consultant product manager at Visa, Inc and Wells Fargo. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and an advocate for continuous learning, I hold multiple certifications, including PMP, CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and Salesforce.

I currently enjoy living in San Francisco, where there is a myraid of things to do. I love yoga and swimming. I also like to read astrological charts, so have your birthday & birth-time ready!
